I am 5"6 and I weigh 194, I am not fat but I do have some problem areas plus I want to tone. Any one know some things I can do at home besides eat healthy? I want to loose 30 pounds by April.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Firstly, 30lbs by April is an unhealthy amount to loose in such a short period of time. Weight loss is achieved by creating calorie deficit within your body. Through eating healthy (and less) as well as raising your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) through exercise is your best option. Visit with your doctor to start your program.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

eat a big breakfast to start your metabolism in the morning and eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day to keep it going. never eat until you're full.

Try not to eat after 6 o'clock pm.
Don't eat up everything until 5:59pm...............

i'd say work out because i dont eat healthy but i stay extremly fit by working out or try the lemonade diet its awesome?
