theres this girl who just got a job at where i work, and i think she is really good looking and nice, but i cant work up the nerve to ask her out..what should I do?

The more you talk to her, the more comfortable you'll become with her. When you feel open enough to tell her stuff that matters to you and aren't embarrased talking to her, then you shouldn't have a problem. If you feel yourself getting shy before you ask just think: would you rather spend forever dreaming or have a good relationship... at worst you'll just have a few minutes of embarrasment.

First start a conversation with her and while in that conversation ask her out. Tell her you want to get to know her better. I don't think waiting will help because then she will just see you as a friend not a boyfriend. The best way to get to know someone is on a date.

Be bold...just ask her out to dinner or something. Trust me it's a major turn-off when you know a guy likes you but is too shy to ask you somewhere.

first off don't be shy. i'd say you afraid to hear the word no if you ask her out. just ask her and be relaxed. if she says no then look for another. eventually you will find one that says yes. don't be a wussy! cowboy up! your a man dammit!

start talking to her, then ask her to hang out, then after a while either tell her u like her or hate the fact that u didnt tell her

i am sorry to say this but there is no simple solution for this but what i would do is each day start speaking to her more and more and before you relize it you wont be shy anymore

Talk to her alot and see if she seems interested. If so it will be easier to ask her out. You will know she is alot less likely to shoot you down.

well you could write her a note or show signs that you are interested in her by getting her stuff and being really sweet to her!
