I agree with the person above, if she's sleeping on her own and sleeping well, leave her be.

Awww Sweetie, there are so many battles you're going to have to fight that as long as she is sleeping and wakes up her happy self, leave this one alone. Ask her if she is afraid of her bed or if she thinks its too big and maybe get a cheap toddler bed which is smaller to begin with. It's also lower to the ground. If she really wants to sleep on the floor, let her, but provide her with a blanket or sleeping bag so she's not sleeping on a hard hard surfice.
I finally gave up trying to get my kids to use their sheets. They're happy with their fitted sheets and their comforter, even though I hate it. It just wasn't worth the fight. I do, however implore you not to punish your daughter. Chances are it won't solve the situation and will only make her afraid to go to sleep, especially if she's falling asleep in the bed and then at some point going to the floor. Just make sure she's safe.
Don't sweat it.

My daughter used to do this too. You could start with asking why, although a 3 year old may not have the words yet. My daughter had multiple complaints we discovered over time. It was too high ("scary"), so I put a couple pillows on the floor beside it. It was uncomfortable and noisy (due to the plastic cover), so we let her pick her a blanket to sleep on top of. She didn't like to look into her closet, so we switched the pillow to the other end.

Leave her alone. As long as she is sleeping she will be fine. Eventually she will decide to use the bed. She obviously is more comfortable on the floor I suggest getting her a slumber bag she can use on the floor.

She may not be ready to sleep in it yet, I went through this with my daughter and I just let her sleep on the floor until she was ready to switch, I think its just that the bed is so big, and doesnt have the security bars

When you find out, let me know. My 3 year old daughter refuses to sleep in her bed either. She either ends up on the floor, on the couch, or in our bed or on our floor. We even tried putting her back in a crib. She either crawls out or wakes up and screams til we wake up and get her out.

Let her sleep on the floor! It is good for her back and not worth turning into a battle, which you will probably loose.

does she need a night light? big girls sleep in bed not on the floor,
you could spank her when she disobeys you by not getting in her bed and staying there. Maybe a Little music if she stays there like a radio playing something nice,????
you tell her there is monsters under the bed no don't do that i was kidding,
this is a tough one, my kids all loved getting there bigger beds so good luck
