Am i the only person who finds it interesting that our solar systems layout is rather similar to that of atomic structure? Can anyone who is religious say, without the blind faith interfering, that they know for a fact we are not just bacteria on the snot rag of a greater galactic lifeform?

It seems that your idea of atomic structure stopped at the end of the 19th century... ;)

With the advent of the quantum theory of fields (around 1940), few scientists would think of "orbitals of electrons" in the way we might think of "orbital of planets"...

Humm; Nope, I have never been awaken by someone picking me out of their back pocket and blowin their nose one me. I live in a very beautiful world where everything is arranged so I can stay relatively warm. No other planet has this arrangement that can be studied.

The atmosphere is nearly perfect for the life it supports. There are warm blooded animals and some man made objects that eat oxygen and spew out C02. There are millions of trees and blades of grass that spew out oxygen and eat C02 and H20 keeping the hyrocarbons and spewing out oxygen. What a balance. Scientists have studied these blades of grass for years and cannot duplicate the intracies.

However I do believe in the big bang theory. I wanted a house 5 years ago. suddenly there was this huge explosion. All the elements came together, mostly the carbon and Hydrogen molecules and formed this beautiful structure. It has 3000 sq ft of living space and is well organized. It is a miracle. But even in its usefulness, scientists still cannot produce a blade of grass from its own elements. Hum. I guess I have the only living big band theory thing on the planet. And yet, it is not as complex as a blade of grass. I am thankful that God created this earthly home for me.

Now as for you, you can still be a chunk of bacteria on a snot rag. Go for it if it causes you to be happy. I am warm and content on my explosion on a beautiful God desinged island out in the Carribean Sea. I dive down often and see the creation of the beauty under water and see the beauty of the creation on top of the water. I am deeply impressed.

No.

Go and find out.

We live on a planet teeming with life. Plant life with approximately 250,000 species. Animal life with over a million species. Scientist are learning just how complex life is. So complex that it requires design. The evidence of design requires a designer. Scientists are also learning the conditions for life, just how perfect conditions here on planet Earth are to support all this life.

Consider fractals, patterns, symmetry. You wanted a religious, but: religious = blind tendencies... Faith in complexity is faith nonetheless.

It is possible.

Did you ever see Men in Black, in it each solar system was a marble, and a bunch of aliens were playing marbles with them.
