Are you going to exercise at ALL? Even WALKING for 30 minutes a day is going to help you.
What can you eat? Eat healthily, drink a lot of water, and stop eating when you're full. Do NOT go on a diet or count calories. Unless you want to keep the diet up your whole life, you're going to gain it right back. Low carb diets fail because you just replace your calories. Also, counting calories can become an obsession. Don't eat something because it has 30 less calories then what you want to eat. Eat what you want, but don't eat it all. Learn moderation.
However you aren't going to lose ANY weight unless you exercise.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

It really does depend on your body fat. When I wanted to lose some weight I cut out all the fatty foods with high calories. Some folks have to execise because their metabolism is slow.
Breakfast: Instead of grits, eggs, biscuits and lots of bacon. I ate oatmeal, yogurt and a banana. - STAY AWAY FROM GREASE.
Lunch: I ate whatever I wanted but I didn't eat to get completely full, just enough to take my hunger away. Don't eat until your stuffed. If you stop before you become too full and wait about 15 minutes your hunger will go away. You'll also be able to work better without wanting to pass out and go to sleep.
Dinner: Again stay away from the fatty foods. I started eating fish and salad. When I ate other foods that were high in calories I just didn't eat as much. Again, eat to fulfill your hunger; don't stuff yourself.
Oatmeal was nasty for me at first but then it was okay once I added sugar & raisins (not too much sugar though). It can be hard training yourself on how to properly eat when you're used to stuffing yourself full but if you continue to do it properly and consistantly everyday you'll get used to it after a couple of weeks. - Before you know it when you do try stuff your face later, you can't. Your body starts to adjust to your food intake. This is when the weight will really start to fall off. It took me 40-45 days to lose 10lbs. - After that the weight started falling off by the lbs.
One last thing: Drink water & tea only! No soda or milk. - Juice is okay depending on the calories.
If you decide to do this I'm sure it will help. - Good luck!

You can walk, ride a bike, swim...anything that will get your heart rate up. Cardio exercise is the only way to burn calories. Expending more than you consume is the key. You also want to add strength/toning exercises to your routine. Eat sensibly and practice portion control. Read labels for serving sizes. Check out Weight Watchers eatery on-line or a meeting near you. They have lots of helpful information. Good luck!

Eliminate as much sugar as possible and drink only water, fat free milk, crystal light (or other drinks with 0 calories).
Keep a record of what you eat. Most people don't realize how much food they consume in one day.
Don't over eat and try to eat slow. Most people eat so fast that they stretch their stomach before they realize their full. A bigger tummy will cause you to be hungry after a normal size meal. It helps to drink a glass of water before your meals. (It helps you eat less)
If you get hungry in between meals, only eat healthy snacks such as baby carrot sticks or an apple...
If you need a boost of energy, green tea is really good for you and helps you lose weight.
Calcium is another trick to losing weight. Whether it be yogurt or fat free milk, try to get in 24 ounces in 24 hours. Believe me, it works.
If you don't like to exercise, try stretching. Have you ever heard of Yoga? It is the most relaxing way to lose weight that I know of. Its worth finding more information about, trust me.
The number one way to lose weight is something I still don't practice, self discipline. Its so hard to deny a second helping of pasta, a quick soda, or that delicious looking pie in the grocery store, but if it helps, imagine that those yummys will only be sweet for a few minutes and that getting your body into shape will make you smile much longer!
Good luck!

Meat and salads. (protein and fibre). Put whatever it takes on the salad to get it down; like nuts and cheese and dressing. You wont eat it if you don't like it. Also try protein shakes.
