ok i want a flatter stomach

- what are some of your ideas on easy exersices that i could do maybe once a day every other day or something like that that i could do to get a flatter stomach?

-what are somethings you have done?

i would just like as many ideas as possible....

-some healthy foods.

-some easy exerscies

-also i would like to know...is rice a healthy food?
i know that it has starch or whatever...but like its filling
and so i wont snack...so is it healthier in the long run?

first, to rice. It taste good. But it digest very quickly, so you will be hungry again in an hour or two. Eat foods like an apple, banana, almonds, salad, etc. These foods digest very slowly so you will not eat as much.

A good stomach exercise you can do in your kitchen.
Lie on your kitchen floor. Knees up, feet up under the bottom of the kitchen cabinet.
Arms across your upper chest.
RAISE your upper back 1/4 off the floor and slowly count to 20.
Then lower yourself on the floor.
Do every day, or every other day.

Do not put your hands behind your head. Then you are pulling yourself up.
Do not go higher UP than 1/4 up off the floor. If you do, your sides and back muscles are holding you up, not your stomach.
How to tell; when you go up, your stomach shakes. Go higher, it stops shaking.

What I do to get a flat abdomen is lay flat on your belly on a mat or something, and just raise your feet up in the air. Do this 20 times per day.

Crunches on a swiss ball and DONT EAT SUGAR that is the best thing you can do for a flatter stomach SURGAR AND CARBS ARE A NO NO!!

crunches,sit ups, etc its all good I'de need to see how you look first. I was 289 a Year ago. im 175 now
and i look great i at times almost cry, when I look in the mirrow at myself,because i fought damn hard to look as good as i do

.Stomach crunches everyday. Rice is very healthy. Boiled best.
Eat fruit and do sit-ups.

Cardio to burn calories/fat and crunches to flatten your stomach. There are several ab exercises to target different muscles. I suggest you find a book or search ab exercises.

you would be wise to do it the old-fashioned way. get an expensive girdle or corset. people cannot stay on diets and diet foods are too expensive. nobody exercises but athletes. that is my answer hope you use it.
