I really what the guy I like to ask me out!! I think he is afraid because his mom doesn't want him to go out and told him to stop liking me. He told my cousin he still liked me even after his mom said to stop. How would I get him to ask me out, hold my hand, and kiss me?

It's simple. You make the first move. You ask him out. Meet somewhere public 'by accident' then have your date - you hold his hand and you kiss him. Use the cousin as the go-between if necessary.
Why does his mum want to stop him from going out and liking you?

Tell him your hands are freezing and make him feel how cold they are. If he does like you then he will be searching for a way to touch you-not in a bad way- and this gives him the chance to warm them up and hold your hand at the same time. The other stuff will come in time

If you care about him show some compassion and leave him be for a while.
If this relationship is going to go any where it will come about at a later date when the time is right and he doesn't have to lose his integrity by becoming a sneak..

First of all, how old are you? I would continue to be very nice and respective. Maybe his mother will come around. Mothers are very protective of their sons, I have a 9 yr old son and only want the best for him. Hang in there, if you really like him, continue to be his friend.

Tell him that you like him, too. Then make up an argement to see him. Tell him not to tell his mom about her. Then when he is of age to start dateing then you two can come in the open about the way you two feel about each other.

why doesn't the mom like you - is it just you or girls in general? warm up to mommy dearest then it will make things ALOT easier for the two of you to get together and ENJOY yourselves.

Why are you wasting your time to get him to do it when you can do all these things yourself. If you already know that he likes you then you know that he isn't going to denied you when you try to do these things. What do you have to lose?
