Listen, you do NOT need to lose any weight at all. If you lose anymore weight you could be considered annorexic or bullemic. There are so many girls your age at my school that look like they have eating disorders. There is a difference between being healthy, and being obsessed with losing weight. The way it sounds now, is that your on the verge of annorexia. PLEASE, if anything you really need to gain some weight or stay at the same weight you're already at. Being to skinny is not attractive, guys think it's scary! I would recomend getting some help with this issue immediately.

I am 5 foot four inches and weigh 198 pounds. My lowest weight at 5 foot 3 was 98 pounds. You do NOT have a weight problem. Perhaps you should recalculate what your ideal weight is supposed to be. My granddaughter is 14 and 5'3" and weighs 140.

Go to your doctor. You need help if you think you need to lose weight. Maybe an anti depressant or something for your low self esteem. NO ONE LIKES A TWIG. Look at the sexiest woman alive list. Tyra Banks, Jessica Alba, Jessica Simpson, and so on. They are toned, not 80 pounds. You need to lay off the internet for a form of self esteem. Who knows, you might be a 180 pound girl that just needs a lift. I'm just really sick of reading these. If you really are, please get help, you shouldn't be thinking like this and need to gain a few pounds, not lose any.

You HAVE heard of anorexia, right? May I suggest a lifestyle change? First of all, try to understand that you have been brainwashed. There is nothing wrong with looking healthy and being able to eat normally when you are hungry. People have been doing it for tens of thousands of years. In fact, try to imagine if you HAD to go without food. I'd bet a lot of money that you never had a hungry day in your life. North American society makes gods and godesses out of movie stars and TV personalities - it's a big money-making thing. You want to be super skinny so you can wear clothes that make you look like some famous person. There must be a Website somewhere with a list of all the girl and women actors, etc who have died of under-eating. Try to find it. Now try to like yourself and find out WHO you are and start developing the REAL YOU - not some commercial chick who would sell her soul for fame.

If you are 5' 3", and you are 86 pounds, you are significantly underweight. It is concerning that you want to lose weight. Maybe you need to talk to someone about your desire to lose weight.

Seriously, you should not be trying to lose weight.
You should probably weigh at least 100 pounds or more.
I cannot find any info regarding the normal weight for your height, but I am also 5'3" and before I was over weight my good weight was around 110.

86 lbs and you want to loose weight.
You don't need to loose weight. You're not fat. You don't need to loose 5 or 10. You're at a good weight. 85 - 100 lbs is good for someone your size.

Don't look at the mags and the models. trust me. They don't really look that like. Every photo in a mag is touched up. I know because I'm one of the many graphic artist who make models look sexy. I can make a 150lb woman look like she's 100 lbs with a perfect body....

Thin is not sexy! Not to mention all the health problems under weight women have. Don't go messing around with your health. You're young and still growing.
