sure. he still may like you. i mean girl look at it this way he is practically begging to go out with you. i know you might be annoyed when he keep on asking you. but when you tell him no. don't act like you're fed up with him. just tell him why you don't and give him your reason. he might be confuse on why you said no. i mean what if you like this one guy and you keep on asking him and he always give you the same answer, wouldn't you want to know why he always give you tha same answer??? (just think about it)
well anyway, I've been in your situation lots of time. but you never know something unless you give it a chance. hope everything works out.

Well, he should still like you but beings you said no its all a waiting game it usually will take him a while to get over you. Then he should stop likeing you and try to move on! Good Luck

well........... it depends if you did it in front of people that laugh at him he might be so embarrassed he says mean things about you. if it was somewhere no one heard he will probably forget and maybe give you another chance.or feel dumb he asked you all these years and you say no in a bad way.wishin you the best of luck!

well, if that was me , i would have never asked some one billions of time and if she said,no like in a really bad way , then i would lose intereset in that girl really quicky...Beacuse guys dont like girl who are mean to them for no reason...
