It is not true that it will make the baby more intelligent.
What is true is that the colostrum, the fluid that comes out before milk is even starting to come, is the best for the baby's immune system. It is usually not "the moment" the baby comes out but within a couple of hours.

Not true. What IS true: the first few days after birth, the mother produces a special kind of milk, called colostrum, which has health benefits for the baby. But these benefits are mainly to help the baby fight germs, not have a bigger brain.

I doubt milk has much to do with intelligence, as I was fed a tremendous amount of breast milk, yet have not achieved the brilliant levels of intelligencia that my mind has undoubtedly strived for.

No, breast milk does NOT make anyone more intelligent. If it did thousands of men who were breastfed as babies would be a hell of a lot more intelligent than they are.

Breast milk is best, but I don't think it is linked to intelligence.

no that is not true. I wasn't able to breast feed my kids and my son is on the honor roll at school and has gotten scholar ships for bowling and he's only 8!

Its good to but not because it will make him more intelligence but because the main nutrients it needs are in them at that moment.

It's not possible. The child doesn't need fed right away. Besides, they need weighed, measured, and washed before you can do anything with them. You'll learn that one day.
