I hear ya! Tuna can really SUCK! However, I have this healthy recipe from the Abs Diet Book - Hot Tuna - and it is actually really good - even for the not-so-crazy-about-tuna-ers. . .
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can (6 oz) water-packed tuna drained and flaked
1 onion chopped
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded, reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
3 whole wheat English muffins split in half

1. Preheat oven to 350. In large nonstick skillet over low heat, cook the celery and onion until softened. Add the cheeses, tuna, mayo, and lemon juice to the skillet and cook the mixture just long enough to warm it up. (I like to cook my onions until soft though)

2. Spread one-sixth the mixture on each English muffin half. Put the muffin halves on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Makes 2 servings.

I know it sounds funky and pretty gross, but it really tastes great!! Enjoy!

Simple...Mix it with a little mayo, pepper, garlic powder and sweet pickle relish...Smear that on some whole wheat bread and your good...but...being the true Asian I am, it's also good straight from the can on some fresh steamed rice with a little soy sauce and furikake.

I like to fix a box of macaroni & cheese and mix a can of tuna in it. It's pretty good that way.
