hmmmm.. you don't have to just stick to donuts cos you'll get bored very soon, and also very very bloated!!!

Everyday, you can take 2 donuts for breakfast, with fresh milk and perhaps some syrup-drenched pancakes as well.

During your morning tea-break, do indulge in some rich chocolate chips cookies. About 6 pieces would be good. You can wash them down with 500ml of Coke. NOT Diet Coke ok?

As for lunch.... yummy! To gain weight, I suggest deep fried chicken drumstick, potato wedges, or a double cheeseburger. As usual you can choose between a milkshake or Coke.

When the clock strikes 3pm, please go to the refrigerator to take a yummy slice of New York Cheese Cake, or if that's not available, a banana-walnut muffin is good too! Hot Chocolate drink goes pretty well with your aim and the food at the same time!

If you are watching a TV programme, do not forget to arm yourself with some snacks to prevent falling asleep. A handy pack of potato chips or a tub of ice-cream should be your priority. Avoid fruits that are high in fibre and fills you up without the sufficient calories.

Ok, here comes dinner, the most anticipated meal..... Hmm, now what? appetitzer: potato skin topped with melted cheese, and bacon bits. Soup: Boston Clam Chower with lots of bread. Main Course: Leg of Lamb/ Pork Knuckles/ Roast chicken with skin/ Honey Babyback Ribs/ Giant piece of steak with all the sauce. Side dishes can be French Fries, each dipped in loads of mayo or tomato sauce before comsuming. Dessert: 5 scoops of ice-cream with Hershey Chocolate syrup/ Apple crumble with ice cream/ any pies, cakes, tarts.............

Supper: If you are watching an in-house movie with your buddies or alone, remember a carton of beer and chips. A huge bar of milk chocolate is a good idea too!

Do the above routine for about a week or 2, I'm sure you can reach your target of 30 pounds or even more!

What do you think? Good luck!

In order to gain a pound a day, you must consume 3500 more calories than what your body burns up in a day. So first figure out how much your base metabolic rate is, your average activity level, and then add 3500 calories worth of donuts to that. You will gain a pound a day so in thirty days, you'll be 30 lbs. heavier.

And a lot more unhealthy.

I'd be more concerned about the transfats in the doughnuts contributing to heart disease. The number of doughnuts that should ever be consumed is ZERO. Transfats are so bad for you that they should be completely banned from the food supply. And doughnuts are full of them.

Why? If you really need to gain weight eat natural foods. Meat and cheese, throw in some veggies. The number one cause of obesity is sugary foods.
