See, I used to have pretty skinny legs. Recently, I did a lot of sports, and we did a lot of lunges. I developed lots of muscles, but after not working out for several months, it turned into fatty muscles. If I were to exercise again, wouldn't it turn back to muscles? Anything but diet & surgery is fine.

first, muscle cannot turn into fat, nor can fat turn into muscle. and there is no such thing as a fatty muscle. it sounds like your muscles have lost tone. to regain muscle tone, you have to go back to working your leg muscles. low weight and a high number of repetitions will help you develop long, lean muscles. try going to a gym (even on a trial membership, which is usually a week free or something similar) and have a trainer show you what to do. without more details on the muscles you're worried about, i can't help much more. good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

cardio + good foodstuff and confident you wont burn fat in simple terms in the thighs it incredibly is going to likely be throughout. BTW you will in basic terms build muscle by employing tearing it. in case you utilize low resistance, it incredibly is going to easily shape no longer the rest. extreme rep selection ie. 12 - 25 of an extremely gentle weight will help
