All junk foods, red meat and any sodas as they are the major cause of Osteoporosis in women. Eat more fresh and steamed vegetables and fresh fruits and fruit juices. Walk at least two miles a day and drink 6 to 8 bottles of pure water and she will stay as healthy as anyone can be at the best and the worst of times.

You need to be checked out by your doctor to make sure its not preaclamsia. I had it with my 1st baby i felt fine but my blood pressure was high. So please don't muck around. I had my baby at 28 week's mind you she is now 17 & you would never know she was early.
