I don't striaghten my hair, but I do blow dry it, and it makes it become very dry and damaged... what is the best ( and not so expensive) spray to protect my hair while I am blow drying it?

Tresseme heat spray in black bottle also Dove intense moisture shampoo/conditioner and Dove smooth and soft anti frizz cream. Dove is weightless moisturizers won't weigh the hair down. All of this is pretty cheap and works really well.

Try BIOSILK, is not a spray, is silk for your hair and you can get it at many of the beauty salon suppliers. I have super delicate hair and like to straighten it as well. I love this product. After I'm done I use some of the Sexy Hair Anti Frizz, a very thin and light spray. The Biosilk runs about $40 (the big bottle) and you only need a tiny little bit at a time so it should last you months (and I have long hair) they also have smallest bottles but I think is worth to get the biggest. The Anti Frizz is about $14. Good Luck

Try Caviar by Alterna, it's reallly expensive but it works REALLY good. You can pick it up at any salon that carries Alterna products. Also, if you're not into spending a lot of money, Tresemme makes a great one too that you could pick up at Target for about $4. I use the tresemme one daily and the Caviar when I have to go somewhere important like a date or a meeting. Good luck.
