How come ur least hungriest in the morning when u should be most since u havent ate for atleast 8 hours??

It's funny to me too, but I noticed how when you eat before bed, you wake up starving. And then when you don't eat right before bed or eat that much at all you wake up and don't notice that you are hungry it's strange but I don't know why that is sorry.

That is a good question. When I get up I am not hungry until afternoon. I ask my doctor he told me I should eat breakfast anyway. I don't eat breakfast because I am not hungry. I really never got a real answer yet. Good Luck.........

Because your digestive system has slowed way down during your sleep. Break-fast means to stop fasting and have some food.

i dotn know what you're talking about because sometimes i wake up starving, and sometimes i wont eat for 2 hours. it would make sense if we always woke up hungry, but we dont
