I use DVD shrink to copy and burn DVD's, but it puts them into a folder with several files that I frankly don't understand. I'm trying to put video onto portable audio/video devices, and I need help in the process.

if u want to put ur movies on ur portable device there's no need to use dvd-shrink really u can just use a program like dvd-to-divx which is very simple it just converts the movie to a single file in avi format, and u can just put it on ur portable device ( i use creative zen and it reads divx but if you are using ipod it cant read those files, u should convert it to mp4 format) hope that helps!

there's a application called DVD decrease, the position you may take your DVD and rip it to the computing gadget, and optinally remove helpful factors and languages not necessary (and so on) then i imagine you may re-author the DVD utilizing even if compression factor is necessary to make the unique twin-layer DVD in fantastic condition onto a popular DVD-R. that's an excellent thanks to diminish back up your unique videos and bypass all the FBI warnings and crap. Pop it in, and there is the coach, right away. (the way it may nicely be!)
