Mune seems to be for both breast and chest. It's probably the more socially accepted term for both, I would imagine. Nouns aren't pluralized in Japanese.

Oppai is more slangy, but refers specifically to breasts. If you wanted a translation of "boobs," oppai is probably the closest equivalent.
