Do I have to buy HDTV ?
If so where will we put all of our old tv's?

NEVER, Even though the signal will be transmitted digitally, you antenna will work just fine. You will need to purchase a converter to change the digital signal into a analog signal to feed your television. You will not have to upgrade your television until you want too. In the meantime, you will benefit from purchasing a ATSC to NTSC signal converter as you will no longer get ghosts nor noisy reception when you receive a digital signal.

So take your time and enjoy the cost saving of not going digital but the advantages of receiving the digital signals.

They still make TVs that have antennas?? I didn't think there were still any like that out there.

And I would upgrade before 2010.

Feb. 2009. You will have to subscribe to a digital service. But you will not have to subscribe to HD.
