I think that "mother nature" has it's own way of ridding itself of humanity all together. In reality, we haven't seen **** yet. Things in the environment are getting much worse and blaming it on reproduction is unfair. Earth has it's own ways of changing habitat/environment and the only reason we haven't seen much proof of this is that it (Earth) is positioning itself for the next "major change". Who knows what it will be, but in the meantime, it will start with weather and move on to MASSIVE changes. For instance, Hurricane Katrina was a BIG hit to humanity, not to mention all of the Tsunami's that have happened over the past hundred years. People getting RID of PEOPLE is only going to piss the REST of humanity off. What I'm trying to say is that "natural selection" will take it's toll and we will see what happens from there.
