of drinking and having sex while drunk being called rape? Or does eveyone think that only guys can handle beer and girls cannot? Kinda sets women lib back a few years in my opinion.

No, and I never would. (Don't drink) And question's was from a new's article about making it Illegal for a guy to have sex with any girl that has had even one drink.

I truely now think that the majority of girls DO think they can be as irresponsable with drinking and blame it on the guys.
Girls and guys, if you cannot keep your wit's when drinking, do not drink...

I am not offended, but I think it is a stupid question. Having sex while drunk is not called rape, forcing a drunk girl is called rape. No means no etc. What you are implying here is that a guy can be too drunk to control his actions ( by not heeding the no and forcing her anyway) and that would be rape and should be prosocuted as such. Neither men or women should put themselves in a position where they are too drunk to control their actions, but if they do they must accept the consequences. Druk drivers cannot say "I'm sorry I ran over those people but I was just too drunk to drive correctly or to know I shouldnt drive." Any action that is illegal while sober is still illegal while drunk.
