does anyone know any good way to gain way and still be in tip top shape, or a weight range?

by the way I am like 97% muscles with pretty much no body fat.

That sounds to be a pretty good weight. If you want to gain weight though, and still be in shape, then you need to wieght train to build muscle. Muscle is heavier than fat or flabby muscle, so you will gain and look sculpted. And if you do that, you won't gain above your healthly body wieght in fat because all your weight will be muscle. Just make sure to be careful with your diet. Weight training requires a greater intake of protein and carbs to build muscle, but don't over do it, or you'll just get fat. I suggest looking into the "Body for Life" diet, that is a great diet for people trying to sculpt up. Good luck.

Your weight is just fine , my son is 17 and 140 , I have another son that was your weight at 15 , now he is 19 220 lbs and in tip top shape , he is in the Army now. If you want to gain , eat icecream at night .

Wieght train. If you wieght train you will stay in shape but also gain a few pounds Due to the fact that muscle wieghts more than fat.

It all depends if that is muscle or fat. if its a bit of both yes its a normal weight for that age. leave your body some time to thicken up. your weight will normaly gradually increase with the years.

I'm 5'9 and around 170 and 15 and not fat. try weight lifting and eating proteins and carbohydrates to develop more muscles.

yes it is, my brother when he was your age I weighed the same as you.he was the same hight as you to.
