A) the older pair going out and the younger pair going out

B) the older pair marrying (after going out for a while) and the younger pair going out

C) the older pair marrying (after going out for a while) and the younger pair marrying (after going out for a while)?

I had two Aunts that married brothers. They were all very close and lived long happy lives. There is nothing wrong with that at all.
