This will get the cops and possibly the fire department called on you so watch it:
Take a brown paper bag like you get in the grocery store and put a plastic bag in it to use as a liner. Now every time you need to take a crap just use the bag. Do this for 2 or 3 days. Then whenyou are ready to prank someone, lay it where they will find it...doorstep, in front of there car, etc. Place the bag and then light it on fire. If done right they will come out and stomp on the fire and the crap. Thats an old one from the 70's
Pee in a bottle for a few days and then pour it into exterior vents on there car (right below the windshield). They get in and start up the heater and puuuuweeeee. Best if done in the winter because not everyone uses an a/c.
There are more but thats all I can think of at the moment.

The peanut butter thing is great but here are some of mine
Sanitizing lotion as snot. Just pump a bunch of it in your hands than go to someone and fake sneeze and let some of it drip from your hands. When someone looks at it just say sorry! Totally screws them up!!
Move objects around in their room or desk or somewhere. Totally confuses them.
Ann other one is to place as many pennies in the space between a bedroom door and the molding. The idea is so that when the person opens the door the pennies will fall all over the place.
Okay I don't know if this is victimless or not but, if you have a low ceiling fan. Load it with feathers or confetti or something and when someone turns the fan on it will fly all over the place!

we were down at the lake and my nephew is a big chicken he always has a dream about a man in a trench coat coming out of the lake to get him. so one night we set up a dummy in a trench coat and use a skeleton head that when light hits it will say I see you, but it could have not been better it we had thunder and lightning no rain I asked him to go to the trailer because I left the dogs rope in there and that his uncle can't see at night without his glasses so he agreed to go and right as he opened the door lightning hit and the head of the skeleton rolled off right to his feet I have never heard the words MF screamed so loud from a 180lb 6 foot guy I laughed so hard still to this day he promises to get me back.

I like prank phone calls. Especially blocking my number. I called some guy and pretending I was a guy and told them I wanted to s*ck their d*ck, it was so funny, he was flipping out. Then I called someone and told them they had 2 minutes to live, I never heard so much fear over the phone in my life. I haven't done that in 2 years. lol

look into a phone book and when u see an address you like keep it and then call a pizza place or suttin that dilivers and then order food worth a lot and give the address for the person in the phone book and thats it...i have alwayz wanted to do it but feel too guilty lol

The other DJ who was asleep jolted awake and everybody looked around to see who did it or whether to blame the DJ or what. Hilarious.
