Use a little on a left over Christmas turkey sandwich.

Or have it on toast to start your day with a new taste.

I agree with the first answer, pepper jelly is great, never had cranberry pepper jelly, but it's probably about the same.

Oh, put it over a block of cream cheese and serve with crackers. Yum. A girl at my office brought in some green pepper jelly a couple of weeks ago and that's what we did.

This is a fantastic basic sauce!

I use hot red pepper jelly but I bet cranberry would be great too.
In a medium saucepan over a medium to medium low heat, Sautee one minced shallot, two cloves of garlic and one tablespoon of butter in a splash of olive oil until the veggies are soft and aromatic. Add one (6 oz usually) jar of pepper jelly of your choice and simmer gently until all is hot and bobbly. Add red wine (a good red wine that you like to drink, it can be either dry or fruity but I like dry) to the empty jelly jar until full. Put the jar on the lid and shake until all the bits of jelly are loosend and add the wine to the sauce pan. Simmer at a good bubble until the mixture is reduced to a syrup. Serve as you will, with any dark meat or, over vanilla ice cream.

Use it as a topping/sauce on roast pork or pork chops.
Smear it on just before they start to brown up.
Would be great as a chicken wing dip too!
