I'm going through the same thing right now. Let me guess, she's been hurt before? Actions speak louder than words. Just continue to demonstrate by your actions what kind of a person you are. Let time play its part and eventually she will come to trust you and realize that you are what you say you are. It's not something you can persuade someone to believe through words.
