My boyfriend and I were going out last year for about a month and a half and we never did anything ( no hand holding, no kissing, no nothing ). Then we broke up. Now, we started dating again and we've been going out for a month, but this time we hang out all the time, we hold hands, he puts his arm around me...but no kissing yet. I want to, i really do. It'd be my first kiss, and i want it to be with him...should I just go for it and do it? or should I wait for him to take the lead and do it? how do i let him know i want to kiss him without actually telling him that? please help.

I think you you should wait for him to do it. That's a tough one, though, because he may not pick up on the signals. I've missed them before before I knew what they were. It usually involves VERY subtle, inviting body language and gestures-possibly a little creativity on your part.
Or, the next time you hug, you could just kiss him on the cheek. Hopefully, he'll get the idea and give you a real one!

I assume you're young. It's ok for girls to make the first move. Just kiss him, perhaps when he has his arm around you or some other time that you feel is right.

Just kiss him .. when he is hugging you good bye or something when you lean back kiss him.. then when you see him the next time kiss him again.. Kissing is great you'll like it.

Look at him in the eyes (preferably when you're sitting on his lap) and move in slowly towards his face. Let your lips touch ever so slightly, and I think he'll get the picture.

just go ahead and kiss him, if you have the courage to (i didnt when i was younger) im sure you wont be sorry... it's the easyest way to know it will happen indeed, otherwise you may realise he is too shy for it
