From the azureus website itself. You shouldn't be registering at all for downloading it.

azureus is opensource you shouldn't need to register or pay for it. Go to http://azureus.sourceforge.net/download.php.

You can also get the newer zudeo client that uses azureus 3.0 from http://www.zudeo.com
