Cornish hens in the rotisserie, with herb rub.
Baked potatoes, spinach salad, crusty hot french bread, and cheesecake!

My mom makes the best kielbasa dish. You need to really like sweet tasting food, but if you do, this is for you.

Here are the instructions in case you want to try it.

1.Cut 2 kielbasas into 1/4 inch slices.
2.Put into baking pan.
3.Dump a pound of brown sugar on it.
4.Cover with tin foil.
5.Bake at 350 degrees.
6.Bake for 30-60 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved.
