God made the haves and have nots to curb the flock. God lets disease and famine occur because he knows the earth can't sustain so many people.
God didn't intend for scientific advancement, technology and industry,
why do we defy his will to kill us like he wants to so badly?

Why did God kill so many of us previously, but due to scientific advancement, now you credit GOD for the population growth? You think God controls this, not man? WTF was God doing for the past ten thousand+ years of human existence? Twittling his thumbs watching us throw babies into bonfires?

I do *not* believe in the Christian God, I *do* believe in life after death, and even believe it will be good. So why do I still not want to die any time soon? Because I also believe that the time we spend on Earth is unique and special, I like it and I don't want it to end. Why go for something else when you enjoy what you have, and you also know you can't go back? There's all of eternity to be in the afterlife, and only a short time here on Earth, I don't want it to be any shorter than necessary.

God has simply given us free will to do whatever we want to. It's not his fault people choose to kill and cause suffering. He will not interfere unless we ask him to. Mankind has caused all the problems of the world today. When people cut down all the trees and vegetation in an area famine occurs. When countries have wars people die. The Bible says so many times that if you do "this", "this" will happen.

God is love itself but he will not violate our free will. We have to ask him for help. Since sin is now in our blood we have to die in order to get to heaven. Nobody can get there alive. You must understand that God only allows bad things to happen for our good and the good of all humanity. His ultimate plan is for everyone to be his children and be perfect like him.

The bottom line is that only a select amount truly follow his way and they most certainly do not fit that bill. a majority of people, like you, only rant and rave about why this and why that. But the select few experience the father and reap his gift. If God wanted people to die, there would be 0 people here, not 6 billion!

Life is precious. If he didn't intend for technology or advancement he wouldn't have given us our intellegents. God already knows what is going to happen. He doesn't want to kill us. Disease is nature taking control to lower the population. There is God and there is Mother Nature.

If the myth be true then god is pretty much omni-everything. Therefore he KNEW about industrialization, and scientific advancement, he KNEW about famine, and murder, and the crusades, and suffering and the jersey shore, and racism, and all the bad stuff that makes us live on edge. But he loves you.

Troll.

"God is love." 1 John 4:8.

"Now this is the message that we have heard from him and proclaim to you: God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all." 1 John 1:5

Everything we know about God, we know from looking at Jesus:

"He delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation." Colossians 1:13-15

"Whoever has seen me has seen the Father." John 14:9

1 john 4:19. I know why God allows suffering. It has nothing to do with wanting to kill us. He would have done that a long time ago.

What god are you following? God doesn't want anyone to die. The strain on the earth is caused by our sin...not God. Premarital sex, gluttony, selfishness, jealousy, sloth...you name it. Any problem we have can be traced to something that a human being did and you can take that to the bank!
