Greek Orothodox, and Roman Catholicism never claims control over God/Jesus Christ. That is simply not the truth! I do not know for certain about LDS (Mormon) but I would find this suspect as well.
Jesus DID establish an authoritative Church: Provide below are some Biblical Proof:
Jn 15:16 Jesus chose special men to be his Apostles
Jn 20:21 Jesus gave the Apostles his own mission
Lk 22:32, Jn21:17 Mt 16:18 Peter appointed to be chief shepherd
Mt 28:18-20 Jesus delegates all power to the Apostles
Jn 20:23 power to forgive sins
1 Cor 11:23-24 power to offer sacrifice
Lk 10:16 power to speak with Christ's voice
Mt 18:18 power to legislate
Mt 18:17 power to discipline
Acts 15:28 Apostles speak with vocie of Holy Spirit
1 Jn 2:27 annointing of Holy Spirit remains in you
Acts 15:7 Peter leads first Church council in Jerusalem
Acts 15:19 Peter announces first dogmatic decision
1 Tim 4:14 gift conferred witht the laying of hands
This is just the tip of the Biblical proof of the Authoritative Church Jesus Christ established. Catholicism being the First and only continual Christian Church since Jesus walked upon the earth.

As far as a "divine line" I assume you are talking about episcopal succession. The idea is that all Roman bishops have been ordained by bishops who were ordained by . . . all the way back to who were ordained by Peter who was ordained by Jesus. To make sure this is the case, a bishop's ordination is usually done by several bishops.
I believe all the Orthodox churches claim to be part of this and the claim is recognized by the Romans. The Anglicans (including the Episcopalians) and Lutherans claim it but the Romans do not recognize that claim.
I have no idea how the Mormons can claim this but no other Jesus cult recognizes anything about their cult.
All other Protestant cults claim the authority to perform rites in Jesus' name based on the bible, not the episcopal succession.
By the way, most of these cults accept the proposition that if an ordained person is not available, anyone can baptize a person and will recognize baptisms performed by other cults.
Go in peace to love and serve the truth.

I know what you are talking about about, and this is a very good question, but I can't answer it myself. for clarification you mean "which church (besides the ones mentioned) claim the authority on acting in God's and Jesus' name that can be traced back to Christ himself. Obviously many don't understand what you mean and thus don't have any authority as you mention. but I would also like to see who else can claim direct authority.

There are many people here that claim to have a personal relationship with jesus, so I guess that means they have the knowledge to perform these rituals

Landmark Baptists and UPC are others that I can think of.
If they say they trace themselves back like this, then that is a questionable thing they are trying to prove. Mormons and UPC are cults. Landmark Baptists have their own issues.
