Do kegels.
Kegels are supposed to strenghten the pelvic and splinter muscles.

Yes, and it can lead to a loss of rectal muscle tone at a young age too. If the spincter starts getting stretched on a regular basis......then it's going to stay that way after a while. The anus is designed for "exit only". I'm sure you know that. Just becareful....you don't want to be having to wear Attends (adult diapers) at a young age. Best of luck to you.
