keep your child out of this situation....this man needs help and unless he gets anger management then he is not to go near him/her, until he's counselled, i would not go there, have him prove that he can be trusted with her, he has to deal with his issues first, if he's un-mendable then i would stay away, till you can trust him

no listen. its not all bout fathers rights, they are just fighting for more -rightfully so. if this is your husband then you have enough to get him out if you phone the police. domestic violence is taken very seriously these days due to the high cases. if you change the locks when hes out he can leggally break a window to get back in when youre there. if you are trying to protect a child tdhen phone the social services and they will help you anyway possible to get out/or get him out. unreasonable behaviour. do something though cos you'll be sorry you put up with a monster like that.go to a solicitor if you must.do everything!

firstly, the mother has to keep her child away from such a man. I don't know which country you are in where it all seems to be about fathers rights, but in the UK, the law is there to protect the victim. If you are in a place where you cannot do it yourself, there are many active women's groups that are in your area that should be able to help you out. Start with contacting your local police station, and ask them to speak to someone who deals primary in domestic violence cases.
good luck to you

Tough situation. It all depends on the state where you live. I am giving you two websites. The first is for verbal abuse. If you sign up for th bulletin board (you have to call to register--not just anyone can sign up), you will meet lots of other women in the same situation who can give you lots of help in dealing with the situation. The second tells you the laws for your state (hopefully--not all states are updated).
Best Wishes.

It's not all about father's rights...where did you hear that?
If anything, it's all about chidrens' well-being.
How can a mother protect her child from a man like that? Any way she has to.

The mother should not subject her child to verbal abuse of any kind.

You need to go to the Family division of the your local Courthouse and ask them how to deal with or what can be done. NO ONE NEEDS THIS KIND OF CRAP. it will only get worse.
