I loved all the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. Also, The Success Principal by Jack Canfield is great. OR The Difference Maker by John Maxwell, talks about how your attitude is great in situations, but you also need a skill set.

For some reason I started reading this book when I first got out of college. I used to consider it "the bible" on the way to handle myself. I feel very fortunate because I think it's a great base from which to build.
