I have practically trained myself to think guys only want girls for looks, and that they never really love us. I just got the idea programmed in my head and I need to know if it's true....Do guys only want us physically? I don't want to get hurt..

We all see the physical when we first meet a someone. That how you have the attraction for a person. Its not just guys its women as well. If a person is attracted to you that a good thing. Why question the attraction? We all have features that other like seeing.Get to know the person and see if its more than a physical thing before you judge them. How can you tell the difference(Physically/or a Relationship) if you are ready on the defensive ?

No... I'm most likely right when I say women can be more interested in the physical aspects of a relationship. I've been where you are and thought that. Then I met my husband. There are a lot of guys out there who the last thing they think about is sex.
Don't worry about getting hurt, just don't put yourself too far out there. When you find the right guy, and he finds you, you will never doubt it.

Fear is the worse of all emotions. You see what it's doing to you? Do you think fear is better that alittle "heartbreak"? You can bounce back from a broken relationship easier than being afraid of everything and being negative. Now, practice re-training that brain of yours to KNOW you will be happy with someone. Sex is NOT all they want if you don't act that way. Be confident and happy!

They don't only want us for our looks; hoever, they will not want you for your personality if you are overly insecure. I used to be very insecure. I would suggest counseling. It can really help you to understand how the way you are viewing the world affects your life.
You have to take risks to be happy and in love. Sometimes you get hurt, but that's part of life. It helps you become stronger and helps you understand yourself and love better. If you don't risk getting hurt, then you'll never risk being happy either.

Only if you are chasing the wrong kind of guys. There ARE good looking, caring guys out there, but with everything being about sex these days its so easy to believe that if you aren't PERFECT, skinny, etc then you wont find a guy.........its not true.
Dont sell out to the stereotypes because then you will end up one of those "fake" women who men only want because of their looks...........remember looks fade!!!
So to answer your question NO IT'S NOT TRUE!!!.. at least not always.

You need to be in a real relationship, and see if that's true maybe your guys are, but not all are. Get that idea out of your head and just throw yourself out there

There are some guys out there who want an actual relationship with a girl that will last. I married one. We've been together for 11 year now. He's wonderful and your Mr. Wonderful is out there. Have faith and don't get distressed if you realize you're with one of those guys who are only in it for sex. Just dump them the minute you realize it and keep looking for that Mr. Wonderful. Most do just that, but there comes a time in each of their lives they do pick out a girl for the future..Then they want her to be pure as the driven snow. double standards...men are dogs......

no i like girls for who they are not what they are if i need sex i have a hand i have 2 hands so i say meet a couple sweet guys(i'm not GAY) and go out with 1 and have fun
