Heck no! A healthy person should have a BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18 and 25 (female)

the equation for this is weight * 703 then divide all of that by height squared.

this means for you 100*703= 70300

70300/ (62)(62)= 70300/3844= 18.3

You are within the perfect area right now. Anything below 18 (which by losing more that about 3-4 lbs would make you) puts you at serious risk for many health related problems. If you want to have children someday, you should NEVER fall below an 18 BMI. Don't let the media dilude you into such stupid ideas. If anything, you could gain a little bit of weight and be even better off. Please, don't lose any weight for your sake.

Maybe 5 pounds, 10 or 20 you'll look like Nicole Richie, don't do that.

well 100 pounds is normal for your height! But don't lose more than 15lbs because you'll look yucky! just don't obsessed over it becasue it can cause stress and maybe an eating disorder

Yeah, if you really want to. 10 pounds tops. Just don't develop an eating disorder on the way there. /:

Yeah, it's ok if you lose the pounds from exercising and giving up junk foods, as long as you're not anorexic and you know you're not, it's alright.
