i'm sick with a cold, and i was wondering when i should expect my cold to reach it's worst point before it starts clearing up.

(considering that i'm taking care of it) etc.

The traditional saying about a cold is "three days coming, three days staying and three days leaving" - so maybe a week?

Its depends. I take 1000 miligrams of vitamin C every day and
never get a cold anymore, but if you can - stay in bed and rest
as much as possible and drink plenty of liquids (No, not
Heineken) and you body will have the energy to fight for you.

3-5 days it is at its worst

About day three. I usually get better after a week.
