Yes, the USA is a war hungry country, we are who we are today because of war, and we will survive on war, GO WAR!!! This is how i truly feel, and im not just some loser who does not know about war or its effects either, I'm currently in the army and just finished a year tour in Iraq, go army hooah. Plus the war in Korea is still an active war, its just been cold for 50 years, there has been no peace treaty of any kind, lets finish what we started. and about what rich a said its has nothing to do with not being able to be solved by an "itchy trigger finger" it has to do with Gen. McAurther not keeping his mouth shut and saying we were going to invade China, so what did China do, drop hundreds of thousands of troops in north korea, 100,000 bullets to head = 100,000 dead enemies, itch cured.

No, unless they invade South Korea or Japan. We would then be obligated to because of defense treaties we have with them.
North Korea has a huge army. Most of their expenditures are used to build up their arsenals. If Kim Jong Il tells them to attack, they will without hesitation. They have let millions of their poor starve to death in order to escalate their nuclear weapon and long-range missile programs. They are very dangerous, unpredictable, and their leader is a raging alcoholic, a sex maniac, and looks at himself as a god.
If North Korea attacks the South, the only way we could stop them would be with limited, short-range nuclear weapons.
Technically the Korean War never ended. No peace treaty was ever signed. This calm could very easily be ended by some nut with an itchy trigger finger.

NOOOOOOO. Cuz that could just pull China and Russia in. We'd get owned. A whole bunch of stuff is made in China so our economy would go caploee. Russia and China AND North Korea together are too formidable.
***Plus China's Millatary combined with Russias and Koreas would be WAY TOO BIG to fight

We can't, because N.K. hasn't done anything to provoke an invasion, as Iraq did. It is not harboring terrorists, and has not made any overt threats against any other nation. The only thing that it is apparently doing that we don't like is developing a nuclear and military capability that, like it or not, it has every right to do.

Absolutely not. The way to bring order to the rogue countries of the world is not with bombs. Haven't we learned anything from Iraq!

It would be really nice if all countries could get together &
discover a cure for cancer instead of thinking about
killing each other.
My dream.
