Since I usually make a New Years' Resolution to lose weight, I figured I'd start earlier, so I don't quit within the first two weeks of January like I always do. Anyway, I was wondering whether I should weigh every day, once a week, or once a month. Some people say that it's okay to be a total scale-whore and weigh yourself every day, but others say that you'll become addicted and that you can't expect to lose that much in one day, so there is no point in weighing everyday. So what should I do?
