b/c im neither and guys dont talk to me b/c I dont fit their critiria.... are there guys out there that like kinda chubby girls?

There are many MANY people in the world, and tastes about what is attractive is wide and varied. So yes, there are guys that like kinda chubby girls.
As to why guys talk to pretty girls? Pretty is, by definition, an attractive quality - meaning people are attracted. Now everyone may have a slightly different idea about what is pretty, and there are certainly many things that add up to what is attractive. The truth is though, that someone that is blessed with beauty has a nice head start at being "attractive."
Confidence is also "attractive," and also one of the harder things to show when you're feeling like you are not what someone is looking for. But if you think about it, I am sure you already know some really wonderful things about being you!
Feel confident about who you are and those good things about you, and smile and make eye contact with those guys you think are attractive and interesting. And if they still don't have the good sense to come and talk to you, it's ok to go say "hi" to them. Just "hi" if you don't quite feel confident enough now to say more. But even doing this much, you might discover you're alot more attractive than you've given yourself credit for.

you sound like you have a poor image of yourself... why is that??? if you portray yourself as not pretty then thats the way other people will look at you...
i am sure you know a few guys that you don't want to come up to you and try to talk to you... Sadly, to some people, looks mean more to them than anything (and eventually the relationship goes nowhere). There are plenty of men who prefer larger girls. :)

I know a guy that talks to anyy girl (not ugly ones though)..but because he can never get a girl.
