because it is DMV or as i call it SATANS A$$ hole. make an appointment or do what you can online, avoid that place at all costs, and if you have to go in, make sure your phone has a good game on it and hold your breath as best as possible,
OOOOOO and dont you too many big words those employees...crap i mean people....get confused in there quite often!
