Good question! I good no idea, but Ken was Frank's mentor in the Lion's Den, so I think he has perhaps an advantage. But Frank is younger and his neck is not that injured. By the way, they are only adoptive brothers, both were adopted by Bob Shamrock, so there are not that many similarities between them.

Well back in the day ol' Kenny Had the upper hand, but now Frank is still in prime shape plus with his fight with Renzo coming up...ok im rambling frank is the better fighter as of now

I say the Ken in his prime that weighed 235lb would win, the one that made Bas Rutten tap in 2 minutes, before they starting testing for dope.
