I live in wisconsin and found out that my son and his mother live in ill i found out that her new husband was abusing my son i need legal help he is in foster care but i need a lawyer willing to help please or info to get one please please

If he is abusing your son, go to DCS or CPS there and have them investagated. They will have your info then and if it is a true charge, they will remove him from the house and 9 times out of 10 will give temporary custody to you till a court date can be set. The judge will always side with the child's best interests so if your the one, you will win, lawyer or not.

you can contact the legal aide office. Also contact that counties department of children services... They should be able to help you. Chances are they don't know your whereabouts or they would have contacted you for placement of the child.

contact the child welfare office RIGHT NOW where your son lives they should be able to help you also contact the legal aide office in your state they can direct you in the right direction.
