I said food group not fat group! Im talking about the food pyramid!!!!!!!!!LIke dairy and grains and junk.

You spelt fattening right and meat and alternatives is the most fattening group and dairy products is fattish too, but don't stop eating them! You need specific amounts of each food group every day, so to stay thin, you have to exercise.

Contrary to popular belief, although oils and pure fat are obviously fattening in their substance, they don't contribute to weight gain nearly as much as carbs and sugar. Your body can convert oils and fat into energy, whereas carbs and sugar are much harder to convert to energy and end up depositing in fat cells.
