well as i have lived for 20 yrs in the Philippines, i say that not all filipino women have small breasts.. i asure you that.. and who cares? if they dont like small breast them look for other women have big ones, as big as watermelons

Who says so? Perhaps you should take a survey and see how many Filipinas having the same variety of sizes just like in any other country. The ones you saw , well, "all nipples" are great. You just have to know how.
