I've tried that before, and let me tell you, it is not worth it. You will lose a maximum of one pound, and this will not be even a pound of fat, what you will lose instead is muscle mass or water weight, which is not real weight, since as soon as you drink a glass of water all that water weight goes back, and the more muscle mass you lose, the lower your metabolism becomes, thus any foods you will consume thereafter will be stored as fat. You may lose a quick pound, but your body will shut down and then you will have an insatiable appetite and gain 3 times more within a matter of two weeks. Don't bother, it is a quick fix that ends up costing you much more in the long run. Instead, cut down on bad carbs, stop drinking soda and other sugary drinks, basically sustitute all liquids with plain water, and move around as much as you can, and I guarantee you that you will lose weight, and keep it off, unlike with the starving method.

Once i lost 2 kgs (4,4 lbs), and another time 1 kg (2,2 lbs) If you ate normally until now you should expect to lose more, cause the shock would be bigger, and you'll get rid of the water weight too, if you've been restricting, then you might lose less.. try to drink something healty though, i used to drink lemon juice.. suppresses the appetite and it's good for weight loss. you would be detoxing too, just don't overdo it :-}

Mostly what you lose is water and it will come back abruptly
when you resume eating. Your body stores poisons that it
doesnt know how to deal with in your fat tissues along with
water. When you are not eating and your body decides to get
rid of some of these poisons, unfortunately other parts of the
body are hungry and try to reabsorb some and you end up
poisoning yourself. If you are going to do this to get rid of some
poisons, then keep drinking an abundance of water to flush it out
of your system.

it all depends on ur metabolism that is how ur body uses/burn energy when it is resting if u have a high metabloic rate then ur body is gonna use up energy quickly resulting in weight reduction and it also depends on if u exercise during those two days that u don't eat. u would have to use about 3500 calories to lose one pound of body fat. so u would probably lose about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds in two days

You won't lose any weight ~ you will prbably gain weight ~ because your body goes into a sort of hibernation. Then, when you start to eat again, your body starts storing the calories because it thinks it wont get anby more nutrients.

Very little, the majority will be water. Weight gain or loss is a long term thing.

not that much, you have to eat to stay healthy and not eating for 2 days, is not going to make any difference. it takes more than that to lose.
