I would ask a breeder in your area or your personal vet. Your vet will know who is talented and capable of safely cropping the ears. They will also know who does it most often. If someone is not experienced at doing ear crops, often they will cut too much or too little, and will not know how to make them stand properly without over taxing the dog. If you cannot ask your vet, ask a few breeders to see if one or two is recommended more often than others. Again, this is something that should not be attempted by an inexperienced vet.

Call some and ask. Call the local kennel club and ask a breeder of breeds that do that. Ask someone on the street that have a dog whose ears are done.

Please don't. Its very silly, and very painful procedure even with pain medications. Plus their ears look like weird triangles after cropping. Go natural, save your money, and don't subject your pet to cosmetic procedures. If you like making your dog look silly and spending money, you can buy all sorts of dog clothes!
