Well, Thats why we call it faith. If you have a true relationship with God you sometimes concider the chance of a non-existant heaven, but don't worry about it because Jesus told us that he'd go to prepare a place for us. I have no dout that when I die I'm gonna have a mansion not because I deserve it but because my Savior died for me giving me the best gift I'll ever recieve

It would be disastrous to think that the immense universe exists for no purpose, and man's virtues will all become dust.
Life after death is not something comes out of human imagination, but it is a reality disclosed by the Messengers of the One True God. They successively teach man how to live here and how to make preparation to reach higher achievements in the other worlds of God.
As rational beings at this age of maturity, vwe have to independently seek for the truth instead of following other people.
And the truth is revealed in various Holy Books which are now freely accessible on the Internet.

The promise of an afterlife is the ONLY WAY the government stays in control of you. The government has no control over a free person, so imprisoning people from birth, through religion, is the only way they can guarantee their control of the masses.

It really is that simple.

There isn't an afterlife. Who would want to live for eternity? It is because there is no afterlife that we have to come to terms that our life here on Earth is our ONLY life and we have to make the most of it. It's what makes our current life more precious and wonderful. If there was an afterlife, our current life would be pointless.

If there is no afterlife then we wouldnt be resurrected to meet the Creator and all we are would be what we have done on earth and all would be well because theres no one to answer upto in the end.

thats not the question...because if there is no after life then you dont need to worry about anything in the end as there are no consequences and nothing to get ready for.

but the real question is, what if there is? cause if there is, and you arent ready for it, youre gonna have a huge of a shock my friend. hehe

If we don't get to have a new and perfect body in heaven, I will have at least been comforted in this life by He who says there is an afterlife.

If I knew there would be no tomorrow, I would still praise God for the changes he made in my life.

I'm not particularilly religious, well not in the typical sense, but this thought used to constantly play on my mind, now I just try and ignore it.

I generally just hope theres something, and that somehow I get to see and be with my friends again.

Well, as impossible as that is Christians and other devout religous worshipers would die living a moral life for no reason and the immoral would be ultimately lucky dying without the burning in hell clause.

Total nonexistence. I'd recomend making the most of this life since that is a distinct possibility.

if there is none, my other theory is that when you die, your life replays, over and over agian. so if there is none, this could be you 500th time going through this, and thus your free will is an illusion sorta. But i prefer the after life idea.
