Diet and regiment:

First, go to GNC stores and buy Met-Rx protein shakes, preferrably chocolate. Use water instead of milk, and blend a shake for breakfast, and a shake at dinner. Eat a full lunch. This will give you nutrition and low caloric intake at the same time.

Next, start a regiment of running and crunches. Run every other day about 3 miles (appx. 20-25 min). Buy an inclined sit up bench for $50, or have someone hold your feet while you dangle over the edge of your bed or couch facing the ceiling. Perform crunches SLOWLY against gravity until you literally can't take the pain anyomore, the rest for a minute and start again. This is significantly more difficult than regular sit-ups, and will isolate the abs better. Also, lay flat on your back to the floor (no curve in the back) and lift your legs 6" off the floor and hold them there as long as you possibly can without bending the back or head. Do this several times per day -- warning: it hurts! But, it will give you rock hard abs.

Depending on your starting body fat content, you can see results in as little as a month.
