Not really, but I wonder what it is that people have a growth, or something hurting, or a sore that won't heal, or their period is six months late and they are getting fat, and they ask people online what is wrong, instead of going to the doctor? Even a county health department if they don't have insurance. It's puzzling.

Yes I know, when I saw your "question" i thought wow how dependant can people be? I've answered questions about people's pets choking, people being stuck in a airport!, all sorts of questions. I guess thats how people are now.

Well I actually am bleeding right now. I hve had half of both feet amputated these wounds hve not healed at all and last night I kicked the doorframe accidentally since my balance is poor. It caused the wound to bleed heavily and I honestly did not know what to do as I am on anti coagulants I bleed a lot. I padded out the dressing as best as I could held foot up and pressed hard to the bleeding part. It has bled all night. Finally it stopped but nurse due and she cleaned foot dislodging clot that had finally formed causing bleeding again. Next time I will call paramedics for help as they hve dressing to stop excessive bleeding.

I wonder the same - (and I knew you were kidding) - I think lots of people avoid going to the doctor because of the expense - or that they are embarrassed, or they just feel it's not serious enough to warrant a doctor or hospital visit.

Young people especially often don't want to see a doctor and so rely on the anonymity of this forum or others.

LOL - put a bandage on it, its not just a growth its a tumor, and if you are 6 months late no you aren't pregnant you are just fat - oh and in 3 months or so some little alien will pop out of you don't worry it will not kill you just take care of it. Now this is just my thoughts.

I think most people are afraid to ask a physician or they are afraid their question will be stupid when in fact, any medical question is not stupid if you are looking for an answer to a legitimate question.

Sometime people just need to hear or read that what they are thinking is correct.

I'm not sure what your question is, but if you have a growth that won't heal, it's probably a benign growth, but it could be malignant and cancerous. I'd ask a doctor.

Some people do not like to go to the doctor's for whatever reason. My grandfather died of stomach cancer because he didn't go to the doctor's when it was curable.
